Wake to oropendolas calling through the slats. Coffee on the terrace. A barefoot walk along the shaded path that leads, in fifteen minutes, to Playa Chiquita.

The saltwater pool. A reading nook in dappled pergola shade. Lunch at GypSea Cafe or a long table at La Pecora Nera.

Afternoon
Surf the waves at Salsa Brava, look for sloths in the almond trees, walk for miles on the beach — just you and the waves. Snorkel the reefs at Punta Uva, visit the Jaguar Rescue Center, kayak the Manzanillo lagoon. Or simply float.

Dusk
The sky over Playa Chiquita catches fire. Palms turn to silhouettes, the tide pulls back, and the whole coast slows to watch. Walk barefoot to the water's edge, a cold cerveza in hand, as the Caribbean hums down to a whisper.

Evening
Candles, ten chairs, a private chef beneath the pergola. The projector for a late film once dinner ends.

Night
The symphony begins. Frogs, crickets, a distant howler monkey. Above the pavilions, more stars than you remember.
